Job Title: Production Manager
Industry Experience: Medical Device Manufacturing or highly technical/regulated industry

Summary:

  • Develop and manage processes for instruments production and repair departments.
  • Lead and coordinate the training and education for the departments.
  • Serve as primary representative for all outside audits as needed.

Job Title: Production Planner / Scheduler

Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Planner for our client located approx. 1 1/2 hours south of the Minneapolis/St. Paul airport. This person will be responsible for analyzing and coordinating production requirements, and providing production scheduling to support customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree. APICS certification strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years production scheduling, forecasting and inventory control.
  • MRP or ERP experience required, Oracle a plus. Must also have proficiency with MS Excel and Word.
  • Must have manufacturing background, knowledgeable of Lean manufacturing concepts, ISO.
  • Must have excellent analytical skills, and the ability to make critical decisions, manage conflicts and problems, and able to manage frequent adjustments to changing schedules and deadlines in a timely fashion to meet customer satisfaction.
